IceStorm 2.0 enhances the overall cooling hardware utilizing more surface area, improved heatpipe layout, stronger aluminum array heatsink and additional heat dissipation beyond the GPU for maximum cooling efficiency.

Less heat means more performance and our cooling engineers optimized the graphics card heatsink further to allow it more cooling performance. A larger and thicker aluminum fin stack array in combination with five 8mm copper heat pipes, which four are straight, work in harmony to extract more heat than previous generation designs.
