ZOTAC Wins iF Design Award, GDUSA Award & A’ Design Award

ZOTAC is excited to announce design achievements affirmed with several design awards, including the coveted iF Design Award 2023, the American Packaging Design Award 2023, and the Golden A’ Design Award 2023.

These awards serve as fruits of labor of our amazing design team and they also bolster our conviction as we continue to innovate and break the mold going forward.

ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 40-Series AMP EXTREME AIRO – A’ Design Award

The ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 40-Series AMP EXTREME AIRO graphics card has won the Golden A’ Design Award 2023.

“With the 40-Series GPUs, we decided to go with a unique direction.” Says Surf Wong, Senior Industrial Designer of ZOTAC. “With cooling and airflow being such a critical aspect of computer hardware, it seemed natural to center our design on the theme of aerodynamics, and the end result was a range of product that not only visually stand out, but also intuitively communicates its cooling advantages.”

A’ Design award is an International Juried Design Award based in Italy, which was established in 2008 to celebrate innovative and unique design works from around the world.

ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 40 Series AMP Extreme AIRO White Edition – 2023 American Package Design Awards

ZOTAC has also once again won the 2023 American Package Design Awards, for the outstanding packaging design of the ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 40 Series AMP Extreme AIRO White Edition.

This year’s showcase of the American Package Design Awards by Graphic Design USA (GDUSA) is the largest ever, with over 3000 total entries. ZOTAC emerged as one of the winners out of the 325+ recognized with an award in this competition. This is a testament to the talent of our design team.

“We always put great emphasis on delivering a great unboxing experience that match our products, and our packaging for this year is definitely a step-up.” Said Sing Kwok, Senior Designer of ZOTAC. “From the matte finish to the curvy motifs printed on the box, the packaging invokes a sense of luxury and nods to the design of the GPU itself. The sleeved box design, while giving some added protection to the graphics card, adds to the anticipation as customers slowly reveal what’s inside.”

ZOTAC was also recognized with an award in the same competition in 2021, 2019 and 2018.

ZOTAC GAMING DUO ARGB GPU Support Stand – iF Design Award

ZOTAC’s 2-in-1 GPU support stand with ARGB lighting, has won the iF Design Award 2023.

“It is crucial for us to strike a balance between function and form with the DUO ARGB GPU stand.” Says Surf Wong, Senior Industrial Designer of ZOTAC. “Its appearance is minimalistic, only accented by a bar of ARGB lighting, while its highly configurable 2-in-1 design optimizes compatibility and functionality.”

The iF Design Award is an international competition that recognizes, celebrates, and promotes exceptional design across a broad spectrum of disciplines. Administered by iF International Forum Design GmbH of Germany since 1953, the award is known as a symbol of design excellence around the world.
