ZOTAC MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
We take our quality controls and production processes very seriously. At the same time, we understand the importance of protecting your investment with us. To ensure you can fully rely on the devices assembled and shipped from our factory, our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Additionally, for qualified products in selected regions, an extended warranty is available through an online product registration process. Before claiming our standard warranty or extended warranty, please read the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty carefully to ensure you have a valid claim.
This warranty does not limit your statutory rights for defects (legal warranty) against your respective seller. Exercising these rights is free of charge and is not replaced or affected by this warranty. The guarantor is ZOTAC Europe GmbH, St.-Vitus-Str. 11, 84174 Eching, Germany.

The extended warranty does not apply to batteries, hard drives, and Mini-PC memory, as well as accessories.
1. Warranty Conditions
During the warranty period, ZOTAC or a third party appointed by ZOTAC will, at ZOTAC’s discretion, remedy material and manufacturing defects of ZOTAC products either through repair or by providing a replacement product. The delivery of a successor model also counts as a replacement in this context.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period starts from the purchase date of the product.
ZOTAC guarantees that our products are free from material and manufacturing defects during the warranty period. The warranty period varies by region. Therefore, make sure to visit the respective regional ZOTAC website. If you cannot provide an invoice or other proof of purchase for a new ZOTAC device from an authorized dealer when making a warranty claim, the production date recorded by ZOTAC will be considered the start of the warranty period.
3. General
This warranty does not apply to used or refurbished products. Keep the original purchase invoice for future warranty claims. Failures caused by improper installation, operation, cleaning, or maintenance are excluded from this warranty. Likewise, accidents, damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications to the product, or the use of third-party software are excluded. Normal wear and tear and other events beyond ZOTAC’s control are also excluded.
To prevent potential data loss, it is recommended to regularly back up all data stored on the product. ZOTAC will not restore or transfer any data or software from the original storage medium of the product. When the product is sent in for repair, all user data may be permanently deleted.
4. Software Support
All software programs delivered with the product are provided “as is.” ZOTAC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the software.
5. Display Panel Defect Policy
While we strive for the highest standards, it should be noted that the complex manufacturing process of the display may cause minor visual imperfections. A zero-pixel-defect guarantee is not included for our products.
6. Product Registration
To claim an extended warranty, you must register your ZOTAC product online within 30 days of the purchase date. Registration is only possible on the website www.ZOTAC.com. You must consent to the collection of your data on this website. After successful registration, ZOTAC will send you an email confirmation. However, this does not automatically mean that the registration is valid. Therefore, keep it for future proof.
7. Termination of Warranty
The standard warranty and extended warranty will expire if operating instructions are not followed, the product is misused, overloaded, or modified, or if damage is present caused by the customer, such as:
• Damage that does not affect the functionality of the product, such as rust, color changes, texture or surface changes, normal wear and gradual deterioration,
• Damage caused by external electrical faults or accidents,
• Damage caused by unauthorized software or viruses, as well as data loss during repair or replacement.

8. Warranty Claims and Processing
For faster processing, claims under the manufacturer’s warranty during the standard warranty period should primarily be made through the respective seller (dealer). If processing through the seller is not possible (e.g., after the statutory warranty period has expired), claims can be filed directly with ZOTAC.
Claims under the extended warranty must be submitted directly to ZOTAC. The extended warranty is personal and can only be claimed by the original purchaser of the registered product.
9. Disclaimer of Consequential Damages
Beyond repair or replacement of the defective product, no further claims exist. ZOTAC assumes no liability for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the operation or technical downtime of the product.
10. Applicable Law
This manufacturer’s warranty is subject to the laws of the country in which the ZOTAC product was sold.
