February has been a busy month for us with new mini-PCs and a few giveaways to light the candles for Valentines and Chinese New Year. Over the next month, we will be kicking off two brand new cups in the form of the ZOTAC Heroes of the Storm Cup, which includes a monthly final, and the ZOTAC Hearthstone SEA Cup. Make sure to visit www.zotac-cup.com to find all the details!
This month it was time to welcome back the ZOTAC Cup. In the new, bi-weekly rotation the ZOTAC Hearthstone NA Cup already began with a lot of epically close matches. The first winner of 2015 was “policecap”, who made sure that he undertook his first Cup Final victory in dominating fashion. One week later, the ZOTAC Hearthstone EU Cup made its own comeback. As usual, many ZOTAC veterans participated in the first EU Cup of 2015. “Vega.Lucky” showed that he doesn’t need luck to win the ZOTAC Hearthstone EU Cup after he triumphed in a close game against his final opponent, “CipherHS”. In what was probably the longest final ever in the history of the ZOTAC Hearthstone Cups, the ZOTAC Hearthstone NA #48 between “Aaronkohzq” and “TheRags” lasted nearly one and a half hours! In the end, “Aaronkohzq” was able to take the win 3:2 and took home 100 USD!
