This Zotac model we’ve been testing is a beauty. It’s short enough to fit in most microATX  and Mini-ITX cases, but still crams in two good-sized open air fans for better cooling.

Our Zotac GeForce RTX 2060 Super review demonstrates that the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 Super is a great mid-range graphics card – but it also shows that it may not be the best option.

Let’s start with the positives. It’ll play anything at 1080p and 1440p, including today’s toughest single-player games and the twitchiest esports titles that demand triple-figure framerates. It’ll handle some VR and widescreen gameplay too, and it delivers a huge boost over the original RTX 2060 for virtually no extra cost.

Zotac’s card looks the part, with a solid external design. It’s far smaller than most rivals – so it’s more suitable for a wider range of systems. It’s joined on the market by loads of alternative board partner options.

ZOTAC GAMING RTX 2060 SUPER MINI Review

I put the ZOTAC GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER MINI under the usual loads for benchmarking but we are building a real-world gaming benchmark database for high-FPS testing that includes Apex Legends and Overwatch. These games ran beautifully with a mixed range of in-game details at 2560x1440 and easily reached 120-144FPS average. This is the target audience for the RTX 2060 SUPER MINI and it hits it beautifully. ZOTAC completes the package with one of the smallest RTX 2060 SUPER cards we've tested so far, a great-looking (but not over-the-top) cooler and performance that beats the RTX 2060 SUPER FE. Great news all round and a solid buy.

The overall performance of the ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2060 Super Mini is very good indeed. It surpassed all of my expectations and easily beats the previous RTX 2060 by quite a bit. This is all thanks to the increased number of CUDA cores, a total of 2,176, as well as a GPU running at a boost speed 1650 Mhz (default is core speed is at 1470 Mhz). To add to this, you also get larger memory capacity of 8GB of GDDR6 ram running on a 256-bit memory bus, giving you a total bandwidth of 448 Mb/sec.
