ZOTAC Product Ownership is required to participate..
Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
Eligibility:
You are a registered ZOTAC User (registration is free through ZOTAC website) and ZOTAC product owner.
All employees of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible in participating in this event.
Void where prohibited.
All federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
All taxes, customs, duty, and other miscellaneous expenses or fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizes:
All prizes must be accepted as awarded. The prizes may not be sold, transferred and are not convertible to cash. Winners will be posted on the website and contact via email. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes or Customs duties and other fees associated with acceptance and use of prize. ZOTAC is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to claim prizes. Please refer to individual event page for full details.
Prize must be claimed on or before the deadline of 00:00 (Hong Kong Standard Time), March 1, 2017. All unclaimed prizes after the deadline are considered forfeit.
Warranty:
Prizing will not include manufacturer warranty. If the prize contains any manufacturing defect(s) upon receipt, the winner may contact the marketing team for replacement. This does not guarantee replacement of prize.
Disclaimer:
By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of ZOTAC, which shall be final. ZOTAC, agents and representatives of ZOTAC, its parent companies, sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of ZOTAC that may cause this event to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in this event; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with this event. ZOTAC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this event at any time.
Limitations of Liability:
By participating in this event, each participant agrees to release and hold ZOTAC and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of ZOTAC, its parent companies, affiliates, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this event or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
Use of Winner's Name & Information:
By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to ZOTAC and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant's name, information, statements, and submitted material for broadcast, print and promotional purposes in connection with the event.
Ineligible Countries:
Ineligible Countries due to Shipping Restriction Laws: Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Cyprus, Eritrea, Fiji, Iran, Iraq, Cote d'Ivoire, Lebanon, Libya, North Korea, Syria, Myanmar, Haiti, Liberia, Rwanda, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Republic of the Sudan (Northern Sudan), Yemen, Zimbabwe, Venezuela, Democratic Republic of the Congo. In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted the winning submission, the submission will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to ZOTAC's satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute concerning who registered online to participate in the Campaign, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
