How to apply for RMA / Repair Service if the product is out of warranty?


The RMA/Repair services are Country/Region dependent and out of warranty repairs/RMA services is observed on a case by case basis as it is highly dependent on the issue at hand. The user will need to reach out to the regional ZOTAC Customer Service team to enquire.

To reach out to the corresponding Customer Service team for your region, please follow the following steps:

  1. Ensure you are on the correct Country/Region on zotac.com
    1. To check, scroll down to the very bottom of the zotac.com website
    2. Click on the link on the lower right corner
    3. Click on your corresponding Country/Region
  2. Click on the SUPPORT link on the top navigation bar
  3. Click on Contact US on the top navigation bar
  4. Fill in the corresponding fields. Click on SUPPORT on the Enquiry Type drop down list.
  5. Click Send
  6. Please allow up to 72 hours for a ZOTAC representative to respond.
