The Zotac GeForce RTX 3070 Twin Edge OC brings with it a wafer-thin value addition over the NVIDIA reference design (if there is such a thing). This card is targeted at those sold on the stock performance numbers and baseline pricing of the RTX 3070, those who don't really care about RGB bling or card looks all that much and just want an RTX 3070 card they can install and forget about. This is an approach to the performance segment Zotac perfected over the years, and the fact that the Twin Edge OC is the company's fastest RTX 3070 offering speaks volumes—Zotac isn't interested in trying to sell you $600 RTX 3070s.

Centrándonos en la Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 3090 Trinity, debemos decir que si bien sus temperaturas y sonoridad están un ligero escalón por debajo de las que ofrece la Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 Founders Edition, también sus dimensiones son más compactas, así como su peso. Para un equipo con no tanto espacio es por tanto una opción más realista, además de que su disipador “clásico” lanza parte del el aire caliente hacia afuera del chasis, no afectando en la misma medida a la temperatura del procesador como si puede ocurrir en otros modelos.

ZOTAC offers a nice product with the Trinity. It is a healthy-looking product with some solemn cooling applied. The three fan cooler manages to keep temps below the reference design as well as keeping acoustics are normalized levels.

La caratteristica più distintiva, trattandosi di una scheda consumer, sono sicuramente i 24GB GDDR6X di memoria con cui è equipaggiata che, come detto in precedenza, risultano assolutamente sproporzionati per l'ambito videoludico.

Die Geforce RTX 3080 schlägt ihren Vorgänger RTX 2080 deutlich. Nimmt man z.B. die Zotac Geforce RTX 2080 AMP als Vergleichs-Grafikkarte, dann ist die RTX beispielsweise in 3DMark-Tests je nach Benchmark zwischen 20 und knapp 80 Prozent schneller. Auch eine RTX 2080 Ti wie die Geforce RTX 2080 Ti AMP Extreme hat keine Chance - hier beträgt der Vorsprung bis zu 30%. Luft nach oben bleibt mit der am 24. September 2020 erschienenen Geforce RTX 3090 auch noch.

Of course this is a custom card from Zotac, their RTX 3090 Trinity and is their only RTX 3090 offering currently. One thing I really like about this card is that it is not all the big. It conforms to a 2-slot card size, so if you wanted to mount it vertically you really won’t have any issues, unlike the reference-designed card. Zotac has outfitted the card with their own 3-fan cooling solution, which worked quite well and even during full load was not all that loud. The fans will turn completely off during idle and each is individually controllable using their FireStorm app. You also have RGB lighting (of course) with a large Zotac Gaming logo on the top-edge of the card and a smaller logo on the full-cover backplate.
